You can choose between solid blue shorts or a matching Red white and Blue shorts to go with the top. If it's chilly, slip on a distressed denim jacket.

Basically, it's a really BLUE outfit that makes me think of the ocean. However, it's a little warm and fancy for the beach. Dark blue pants, nails, and bag contrast a light blue ocean color.

My Millionaire beach outfit. Two pairs of shoes, depending if I'm on the physical beach or the pavement beside it. A nice straw hat with a coral band gives some nice color. Sunglasses are optional, but I'm sure they would help keep out the sun.
 
Nice coral and pearl bangle also adds some color. Complete the look with a gold necklace with feather designs.

Basically, a very expensive dress that I would cinch at the shoulder with a black pin instead of that flower. A very expensive necklace for the neckline, large earrings and bangle.
 
Couple it with a with white wedges and a white bag to complete the look.
